Ground Ginger has a warm aroma and a fairly hot flavour. Used widely in spice blends, baking biscuits and cakes.

 

Add to homemade ginger wines and beers, or sprinkle a little on some hot chocolate. In India it is also mixed into tea as a digestive aid
