Paprika is a deeply red powder, from the dried pulp of sweet peppers: capsicum annuum.


This spice is smoked for hours on beech wood or oak wood which brings out a subtle and deep perfume.


Also known as Picante Pimenton, this smoky, medium hot pepper is mostly used in Spanish and Hungarian dishes.
